Series 1439 is ideal for use in high wear, high air velocity with heavy particulate suspension and on impingement areas. Series 1439 is an outstanding selection for use in abrasive slurry lining services. Formerly ProPolymer 4844SAR.
A high-build, vinyl ester lining with corrosion resistant graphite and other specialty fillers to create a low surface energy film imparting a high degree contact angle resulting in improved non-stick characteristics. Use this enhanced, silica-free material in prevention of process material build-up such as fly ash, caking by-products and slurry deposits. Save time and costs with the improved cleaning properties of this coating versus other non-release type linings. An ideal finish coat for hot caustic and non-silica preferred lining applications such as hydrofluoric acid.
A high-build, vinyl ester lining with corrosion resistant graphite fillers. Use where silica free coatings perform best, such as high alkali environments, spent bleach solutions and hydrofluoric and fluosilicic acids, in elevated temperature conditions for both dry, fume and wet services. The graphite also provides good electrical conductivity and is a high wear finish.
Series 3600 ProBond is a thin-film, low stress, epoxy designed to adhere to a multitude of substrates, including old finishes, and is frequently used as an overcoating primer. Series 3600 is solvent-free and is applied at a low film thickness to reduce stress and weight on old tightly adhered coatings creating a foundation to accept high-performance epoxy and polyurethane finishes. Also used, when specified, as the primer under Lavacrete polymer concrete epoxy toppings.
